West Gate Bank does a fantastic job of hiring on people with a willingness to learn and allowing them to work on customer service skills. If you would like to practice interacting with customers.

Cons

Depending on the management at the branch you may have more enforced clothing requirements. The bank can feel disorganized at times and sometimes it is difficult to request time off when others are out or sick.

West Gate has been great about working with my school schedule as it changes.

Cons

They use Fiserv for online banking, debit cards, and so on and it is frustrating because Fiserv is incredibly unreliable and causes the most issues for me in my role.
