At the time of writing, the company has conducted two waves of layoffs within a single year. This certainly doesn’t provide the sense of stability you might be seeking in a job.

Pros

I like West Monroe. It's a company where people tend to stay a very long time. You basically own your career, and it's highly meritocratic so it all depends on you on how far you will go. Perks are also solid. They take good care of their employees. I would recommend this company.

Cons

Salaries might not be the best in town, even if they claim they are competitive since they get market data. Don't get me wrong, they definitely are competitive, but you might find them a bit just above average if look around enough.
