Benefits, rewarding work, most of those who work there are passionate about what they do and willing to assist when you need help or have questions
Cons
equal pay for equal work and experience is not yet balanced. They are trying but they have a long way to go. Their diversity, equity and and inclusion policies need some major work. Again, they are trying but I don't believe they're doing so in a manner that would quickly resolve the many issues of systemic racism that is prevalent throughout the company.
