      Great people and mission, confusing structure

      Pros

      Great, smart, committed colleagues who value equity and justice in education.

      Cons

      Confusing agency (division, office, team, project) structure. You must bring in your own work - steep learning curve for those coming from the public sector without that experience. Also, first experience working remotely and it's hard to feel connected to the agency.
