Business Outlook
Pros
There are quite a few pros. Great benefits including generous leave, flexible work schedule. Most people are really driven and friendly, good sense of community. The work has been interesting and sometimes is impactful. There has been a big push recently to address issues in diversity.
Cons
Work/life balance can be hard especially if you are not good at setting boundaries. People try to contact you during vacations or ask for deadlines that require weekend work. I did a good job of standing up for myself and have not worked a single weekend, but I know that is not true for others.
