      Great Benefits but Lacks Leadership

      Pros

      The benefits and pay are competitive. The pension plan is the best I have ever seen. Friendly work environment. Professional and hard-working staff.

      Cons

      It seems to me that most projects and programs have little guidance and support in terms of vision. The Project Managers are too busy actually doing the work to focus on the staff and developing internally. Little to no upward mobility (outside of pay raise promotions).

      Pros

      Very professional group of people. The work was good the hours were great and the staff made you feel like a regular employee.

      Cons

      Was not able to work a longer contract due to new budget that was implemented for the new year.

      Pros

      Committed staff. Some very good colleagues. Generally, strong reputation on the outside. Some very nice people who are great to work with.

      Cons

      Very poor leadership at the top. Need to blood and new ideas. No centralization or very inadequate supports. No quality control. No career ladder.
