      Very decentralized, good mission

      Pros

      The company has a good reputation. Most staff do quality work. Great alternative to a university setting. Good benefits.

      Cons

      The programs are fairly decentralized, and mant managers don't have strong management skills. The higher ups do not embrace change.

      Great people to work with, nice variety of projects as an RA to work on

      Cons

      Not a lot of career growth or training opportunities for lower level employees, and only PD for management level employees that doesn't always seem to provide management with necessary skills

      The pay was good The work was enjoyable, got to read books all day Nice Managers

      Cons

      Rarely got paid on time. I would have to call and bug people about my paycheck, was always given some lame excuse for why it took so long.
