Pros
This company offers a great benefits package, training and support towards it's staff. The employees are caring and friendly and willing to help each other out with the sharing of information and support.
Cons
Since this company is a non-profit company, when the funding disappears so do the jobs! When budget cuts were made to the education budget, many jobs were lost - and it's a shame that so many people, with so much experience, lost their jobs. Although I must say that when people lost their jobs, the management did their best to find the employees jobs within the company, sometimes to no avail.
