      Toxic environment

      Pros

      I learned research skills that have proved useful in my future job searches and interviews. Employers are impressed by my resume

      Cons

      Maybe it was just the team I worked with, but it was a toxic environment. The people were constantly overworked and stressed, and people would work on their time off and sick days. I wouldn't recommend taking a job here

      Interesting work, decent pay and benefits, can work remotely, great colleagues

      Cons

      Very hierarchical organization, a lot depends on your boss and/or team, can be hard to work across centers or teams, easy to be pigeonholed

      Good Place to Work if you're on the right Team

      Pros

      Benefits, rewarding work, most of those who work there are passionate about what they do and willing to assist when you need help or have questions

      Cons

      equal pay for equal work and experience is not yet balanced. They are trying but they have a long way to go. Their diversity, equity and and inclusion policies need some major work. Again, they are trying but I don't believe they're doing so in a manner that would quickly resolve the many issues of systemic racism that is prevalent throughout the company.
