A lot of nepotism and no consideration from Managers owners for your wellbeing

Hybrid work schedule, if you are an engineer a lot of place for growth but not in other positions

Cons

A lot of nepotism, if you are not buddy’s with owners or in their department you will be overlooked.

There is a lot of opportunity for growth at WLG with the right amount of experience, passion for learning, and taking on items not always assigned. Communication is key with staff in all departments and opportunities to offer feedback and new ideas is given daily, weekly, quarterly, and within annual reviews.

Lots of work to go around. They are willing to teach you any new skills needed for the position

Cons

You will bounce from project to project without clear direction. Can sometimes make it hard to become an expert in anything since you move around a lot but it is all hands on deck
