      Location was great and that's about all

      Very weak General Manager and Management Team. Unstructured and Union led site. Poor wages and lack of communication especially around safety issues.

      Some of the hourly people are good people

      Management is absolutely terrible. The mill manager is the most narcissistic sociopath I’ve ever run across. Turnover is extremely high for both salary and hourly. The safety position changes people every 18 months or less. The mill is old and not likely to exist much longer. Someone is going to be killed there due to incompetence—don’t let it be you!
