Interesting business of a large size. Lots of different challenges and opportunities to get involved in different projects and working with different departments. Great people. Opportunities for travel depending on role.

Cons

Limited opportunities for career advancement - if you get involved in something new it will become expected of you going forwards. Feels very silo'd - big projects do not include the correct people from the beginning and there is limited communication around what is going on, even to the people/teams that will be impacted. Minimal benefits. Very little support regarding workload and work-life balance. Bad attitude towards leavers (seen with others as well as personal experience).
