      - great people work here - some very smart and talented people - work in packaging, production and POP - a global company - benefits are good

      Cons

      - senior management has not communicated the vision and direction of the company - senior management doesn't interact with workers - senior management doesn't capitalize on the talents of its workers

      Old school/good old boy mentality, senior management extremely aloof, too many random decisions made for unexplained reasons, I saw a lot of back and forth happening and mistakes, communication and direction from management is nonexistent
