      Pros

      Lots of interesting and smart people.

      Cons

      Not a whole lot of cons mainly because I have a family, and I wanted a certain amount of work life balance and flexibility. Gemerally on the more traditional side with regard to work culture. Promotion is generally gradual but I do believe there are good opportunities for those who are hard-working.

      You are expected to work on the weekends. If you are in Westat you got to work more than what they pay for.
