Pros
Working with the interviewers and other staff was mostly positive. Excellent training. And you get to work from home. Pay was good
Cons
.Managers have their favorite supervisor and if your not one, you could get "Laid off". This one person holds your life, and future in their hands. You have no recourse, there is no checks and balances of managers to make sure they are following correct procedures and treating ALL supervisors the same. Unfortunately, because I questioned my manager about policy. She didn't like that and was able to ruin my life at the time. What a powerful position without recourse.
