1. Great first job out of college. Worked on a variety of interesting projects. 2. Nice and friendly people. Many have worked at Westat for over 20 years. 3. Everyone has an individual office.

Cons

1. The pace is a bit too slow sometimes. Great experience as a first job, but the learning slowed after a period of time. 2. As a government contractor, Westat is a bit risk-averse in dealing with project work and organizational management. 3. Not enough social activities.
