      Pros

      on site cafe, gym, private office, good location, little supervision,

      Cons

      no room for growth, telework is ONLY as need basis, low end technology, everything is dated-from decor to technology, high health insurance costs, no maternity leave, super traditional -- people need to lighten up. everyone works on a DESKTOP.

      Met some very nice people.

      Cons

      Intense and inadequate training, low pay for responsibilities given, very little cooperation and support of school administration/staff/students, driving distances of over 3.5 hours to schools in remote areas with little or no nearby lodging, long hours, unrealistic expectations, limit to overtime pay but still expected to complete job, expected to train and supervise two inexperienced AA's, etc.
