Pros
Worked for westat 32 yrs was very good till the older board started to retire and they brought in a new ceo about 6 yrs ago or so things started to change very slowly till all of the board members were retired then he brought a lot of his former colleagues and the changes started to move very quick playoffs ect ,the higher ups never made a effort to take a walk around the buildings to meet the people that help make the company that it is , never came to departments and ask us about equipment that needed to updated they would say this is what you get, loved working there with a lot of good people who are like family but those days are over
Cons
Laying off a lot of people that work or worked in some very important departments, hope this does not come back to bite them ,can see the company being sold in a few yrs I really think this part of the master plan
