Hostile environment. Low salaries. No benefits. No sick pay. Poor environment and IT equipment.

We are growing fast as a business and have addressed many of your issues with recent IT upgrades, Pulse - our employee communication site/magazine, The VOW (the Voice of Westcoast) allowing employees to raise issues of concern. Pros

Good company to work for generally, everyone is really nice and helpful. Management are approachable and easy to speak to. Some members of staff have been there for a long time which shows great dedication. Really nice owner!

Cons

Not very many social gathering outside work, Christmas party is very good though! Facilities need some work Parking
