Pros

Exposed to many parts of the IT channel. Potential to move around and find your place within it.

Cons

Employees are not held onto and cherished as they should be. Often someone will be allowed to leave rather than offering a decent pay rise and benefits, but to get them back the company will offer what they ask for. It seems a little back-to-front.

No Training. High expectations. Unequal treatment.

Pros

I don't know that there are any.

Cons

No training. Workload per person is insane. Culture of blaming the lowest paid. Cut throat/professionally aggressive atmosphere. Wage is not competitive.
