Pros

Very friendly staff. I appreciated the downtown Manchester NH location- made things a little easier, especially going to the Gym during work. This is a great place if you are senior mid-level or senior-level in your career. Do not think it is a place to start your career

Cons

Company is struggling at least in Manchester, NH. Too reliant on consultants and contractor. Develop internal staff. This way, minimize retraining of new people. New employees have to park at a lot away from building, but gets resolved as you gain seniority. Have to be respectful to turfs, Some process, requirements, documentation etc. would be beneficial to new employees.
