Business Outlook
Pros
Great people work here. Leadership is good and the benefits are outstanding. Company has it's challenges, but who doesn't. I found the collaborative nature of executive leadership to front line manufacturing associates positive and refreshing. The people are passionate about the products we build and care about the way they do it. I'm retiring soon, and can't say thank you enough to all who have worked with, mentored and guided me along the way. I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of my time here.
Cons
At times the challenges seem to be heavy workloads, but I found the challenges refreshing and worthwhile.
