Pros

People you work with are great

Cons

Management lies to everybody, management can give two craps about you, you are overworked and underpaid! (salary says $20-$24) I made $20.00 after two years! so that’s a lie! Management has no idea what they’re doing. If it wasn’t for the employees, Westerman would be shut down! They only care about their numbers not you! They will fire you if you get hurt! Management is only out to make their pockets bigger and for you to stay struggling in life! They never do anything for their employees. Once, in a blue moon, you might get a hat or a shirt. We make them a lot of money and they don’t do anything to pay back the employees for their hard work and effort! also, they work you a crap load of overtime. 10 hrs a day sometimes 6 days a week!

Pros

A lot of great people that work very well together.

Cons

The culture and principles are related to the environment and it can be hard to know what each day will bring.
