Pros

The people. Everyone is a pleasure to work with. Work Life Balance. Apparently it's a real thing, never actually experienced it until coming to work for Bridge. Management. My experience with management within Bridge Bank has been very positive. They don't always tell you what you want to hear, but they are very transparent and supportive of you getting your job done. Little Perks. Coffee variety, drinks, snacks all over the office (I think they are trying to make us all gain a couple pounds), fresh fruit, free parking, free gym access. People. Honestly the people here make it worth coming back in every single day.

Cons

They pay could be more competitive for the Silicon Valley market

Pros

Western Alliance Bank is a premier fast growing organization. It is exciting and fast paced. Executive Management cares about the employees. A recent example of this is when the business tax laws changed, Western Alliance shared the funds of that tax savings, by passing it along to employees who were within a certain salary threshold. This benefited a number of employees across the organization, sending a message of appreciation for their daily contributions. Strong benefits package.

Cons

With a fast growing company comes change, individuals need to be strong change agents as the company continues to advance in all aspects of its business.
