Pros

Great culture. Management is top notch.

Cons

Why does upper management require staff to work in-office when they can complete their job duties from home? This is frustrating when the office they are required to work in is not a customer facing facility and is for employees only.

Thank you for your feedback and the 5-star review! Regarding your question about having to be in the office when you're not in a direct customer-facing role, it's important to understand that there are other important reasons why we have embraced an in-office culture at Western Alliance. We've found that having our people together in the office encourages collaboration, improves communication and creates a far better learning environment for those early in their careers, among other things. While this may not be the response you were hoping to hear, please know that your feedback is important to us as we always strive to provide a better workplace environment for all our people. Thank you.

Pros

No matter your level, every C level executive knows u by name. They take personal interests

Cons

The division I work, you are expected to get in the weeds. I came with heavy leadership experience and being asked to manage data. Something I’ve done 15 years ago. Takes me time and I could do it, but questions of if I am heading the right growth path
