Pros

Everyone is very pleasant to work for. No micro management. I feel heard.

Cons

salary is not the best and not in line with the industry. I have seen the same position posted at other banks of the same size for more money.

Pros

The compensation is better than most other banks. The managers that I have worked with/for have always been great.

Cons

The parking garage can be hard to get out of if there are concerts downtown. The parking spaces in the garage are really tight, and if anyone parks in the corner spaces, they tend to get hit by other vehicles.

Thank you for your feedback. Western Alliance regularly reviews its compensation program to ensure that it is competitive with our industry peers. It's important to remember that your paycheck is just one component of your total compensation. Employees at every level are also eligible for an annual bonus, a generous 401(k) match and a robust education reimbursement program that covers books and tuition. Additionally, more than half of our employees are eligible for an annual stock grant. We encourage you to share your concern with your manager or HR representative. We are always open to re-evaluating pay ranges deemed too low. Thanks!
