Pros

Standard 40-hour work week, 45 if you are taking lunches. You'll work more the more senior you are. Good benefits, nice 401k match (and match on bonus), good HSA/non-HSA medical insurance. Everyone gets the same PTO below exec levels (excluding part-time/interns). Nice offices. Hire-ups are helpful and will have a conversation with anyone. Expectations are direct and obvious.

Cons

Your experience will depend largely on what team you are a part of. Not all departments are created equal (this is the case anywhere though).
