Pros

Interesting work and nice professional people

Cons

Very slow to back fill positions. Lost 2 people over a year and a half ago and they are not replaced. Manager left 6 months ago and requestion has still not been approved. Management does not interact on a personal level until review time. Then they tell you what needs to be corrected. They do not tell you at the time of observation so you can correct it before it is an issue.
