Pros

Lots of opportunities to make a difference at this company. Great senior leadership from Mr. Sarver and his executive team. Stock increased almost 30% in 2015.

Cons

Some departments still immature in their growth and vision. High amount of workload with mergers and acquisitions in 2015, with more on the way.

Thanks for the review and recommendations. We think Western Alliance is a great place to build a career, as well. Your comments about communication are right on, and the bank is taking steps to build feedback loops and Q&A into projects at every level. The need you identify could be an offshoot of growing bigger – suddenly an organization needs more deliberate and regular ways to share news and ask for input. Your suggestions about communication are very helpful. Thank you.
