      THEY WILL LIE IN YOUR DAC REPORT 🧐

      Gained experience on how to tie a rope around bumper to hold it up due to Western Express not wanting to repair it. Gained experience on how to just make do with unsafe vehicle. Gained Experience and Knowledge

      Cons

      1. Learned to never give a 2 week notice. 2. They don’t care if your vehicle is unsafe, they care about you making the delivery so they can get paid. 3. THEY WILL LIE IN YOUR DAC REPORT AND HUMAN RESOURCE WILL BACK THEM.. 4. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER JOB AND MAKE MORE THAN .32 a mile .. after 6 months you’ll get a .3 raise making a whopping .35 a mile . 5. Hard work doesn’t pay off because In the end they will lie in your DAC REPORT .. maybe they will only lie if given a 2 week notice 🧐

      Great dispatch & Driver Managers Keep you running and dont wait more than a few minutes for your next run. Pay is fair

      Cons

      Lease purchase is a joke. Try to avoid Nashville terminal. Its chaotic.

      They do give drivers who have screwed up in the past a chance to get back into the industry. Unfortunately that's about it...

      Cons

      Where do I start? The office personnel are a joke, there is no communication between them. They tell you when they hire you that you will get home every weekend and come back out on Monday, I have been with this company for less than three months and I have yet to get home on time. Another thing is that if you have to be out on the weekend then good luck trying to get ahold of anyone with any semblance of competence. And while I'm not the worlds best truck driver the other drivers here at Western are absolutely horrifying.
