Pros

Great orientation staff and safety dept.

Cons

Driver managers are worse than used car salesman. I honestly don't know how they sleep at night knowing how they treat drivers. 3 weeks out turned into 5 weeks only after I told them was out of medication. When I got back to the terminal (after a 34 HR reset), I couldn't find my tractor. It took my driver manager 2 hrs. to find out it was being used for students that day. I resigned immediately.

Low layover pay, don't get paid for tarping, stops or oversized, short you miles compared actual practical route
