      Don't work at Western Express - Bad, Bad experience

      Pros

      None - don't work here. You'll just be the next loser. Slick web site but once you are in they keep your money

      Cons

      They cheat you on your paycheck and refuse to provide any records. Multiple times there was no pay advice as required by law. They gave false information to perspective employers. It was a very bad experience. Sick and stranded in a rest area 700 miles from home and Western Express did not provide any help. The dispatcher cursed me. It was awful. I only gave one star because zero stars was not an option.

      Pros

      The pros of the jobs is that hey offer a walk away lease to experience drivers.

      Cons

      They didnt allow me to go home on time when need be more that three times which almost cost me my military career. But they did allow me to get out of the contract with no obligations do to this reason.

      So far everything else. Home time has been nonexistent. Started my training July 8th. It's now August 20th not home.
