Pros

You can get experience driving if you’re new. Still better off elsewhere.

Cons

Poor Communication. Low pay. Terrible management. Ignore pay issues. They literally ignore your messages if it’s not making them money. Veterans Stay away. You’ll never hear from recruiters once they get you here. They won’t handle your reimbursements as discussed for tuition. Nor will they want to cover getting you home after returning their vehicle. They think because they hire a certain class of people, they can treat anyone willing to work for them how they want. If you have any dignity in yourself. Avoid.

Pros

Plenty of work Some Driver Managers are very encouraging and helpful

Cons

Horrible pay. Nothing close to what the recruiters tell you. Only in California though that I know of. Payroll department is no help when trying to understand how they calculate payroll. It was over 3 weeks of calling to get anyone from payroll on the phone. Part of that being they will work you into the ground. My DM is the one I ended up having explain the paystubs and even then he had to contact payroll about it and wasn’t totally sure himself about the finer details.
