Pros

Do you think it’ll come here for the experience you are dead wrong they will throw you out there with little experience and you have to ask questions to everyone else to learn

Cons

No pay you paid $.48 per mile doing Flatbed. They scam you on your pay because if there’s any glitch in their tablet or in their system, you are basically doing a one for free. My first check was $260. I drove 1800 miles. But because it was a malfunction in their system on their part, they didn’t want to acknowledge it and only pay me $260 to fight for my rest of my pay you have to document everything you basically have to have your own chart sheet not with the tablet that they gave you. I think people who work here is falling on really bad times and they take advantage of that so they make a profit, but this is not a company to work for.

Pros

This company hire any one.

Cons

Uff ! Let's start with the pay ( is not so great and they lie about your payment ) like for instance after 30 days they will give you a raise didn't happen ... The trucks are not taken care well at all... And when you take them to get fix it comes out worse... Let's talk about miles they will hold you down under 1400 like that you will get paid the Lowe's price and they will give you only 3 loads a week... Another thing is that even if you are a good driver (men's get the worst trucks) woman's they will give them the new trucks... Also my truck have so many problems that I have listed on the tablet and what is the word ... We are going to send you here to fix it but no down payment no fixing the problems .... DMs are like I will get you a load .... Yes for 2 days later and where your time goes to siht ... And you can't do that load so you need to be at the shipper or a truck stop to reset but they said time management... Time management start in the office... I'm well orientated with time management...ASAP they other company call me I'm out ... Oh I almost forgot to mention Don't pay them the 2,000 of training because you don't went to school for them... If I could give this company a -5 stars I will give them that ..

Pros

Really didn’t have any Pros, unless you can not get a Class A driving position anywhere else

Cons

They had some of the worst, unprofessional, disrespectful, driver’s managers that would send you the wrong gps and the worst fuel solution directions on their eld/ tablet. Plus, the pay was not worth putting up with bad management.
