What more could you ask for? If you're a hard working, dedicated individual, I guarantee you will be successful at Western Express. Western express is good at what it does it knows the industry and it understands trucking can be rough and it provides its drivers with great support. If you want to be part of a winning team then come over to Western and see what it has to offer. I'm not saying Westren Express is perfect because no company is. Just as no driver is. I've read other reviews about Western being a second chance company as if that is a bad thing. I think that speaks volumes about its integrity and proof, Western cares about drivers. If you want to make some money, be treated with respect and belong to something greater than yourself then Western is for you.
Cons
Like any company Westren Express has some areas it can improve in an evolving industry. I've been with Western since the end of October 2019 and the only cons I can list are just cons of the trucking industry itself. Equipment breaks down, sometimes you have to play the trailer game and sometimes things just don't work out the way you would like. But that's just trucking!!
