Pros

You get good miles if you show your willing and able to complete assignments. My DM is very professional and works with me well Views subject to change being that I've worked for about 6 months, but once you keep yourself and your record clean you could easily have a positive work experience

Cons

There could be more efficient communication with DManagers Omni tracs not that good

Pros

I can communicate with my DM. You don't get hounded as long as you keep lines of Communication open as to what's going on.

Cons

The Bloomington yard needs more space The Bloomington yard also needs a night crew so that we don't have to call TN because they do not have answers for the West coast. Pay is alright, but it could be better.
