Pros

OTR is home every 2 weeks if you want. Steady freight The staff is always helpful, and friendly. Especially My DM Houston Poole. Any problems I have are always dealt with immediately, and he keeps me rolling. They hire people with an imperfect record. Which is both a pro and con. Some people deserve a second chance, and others dont.

Cons

Some of the equipment is in bad shape, but that's due to employees damaging it, and not reporting the problems. Every time I got a bad trailer, or my truck had an issue it was dealt with immediately. Some people refuse to take a little time time to do things right, and it hurts everyone else. The night/weekend staff is hard to get a hold of quite often. That can be a pain when you need something.
