      Pros

      Great Atmosphere, met several of my best friends here. It is a work hard play hard type of company. Everyone know their job and the importance of getting it done, and management understands the level of stress, and how to alleviate it. All of management started at the ground level, were top of their position, and promoted from within. Plenty of opportunity for high performers.

      Cons

      Bigtime incentive based. Don't get me wrong, the incentives are huge, but some of us would like a little more security in our base salary.
