Pros

The worst ran business I have ever been associated with. The Driver Managers/Dispatchers are unaware of initial load out of the trucks, they are unaware of time constraints in heavy volume lanes, they can not communicate. The overall climate of the company is understood when all desk phones have a blinking red light indicating a full voice message. Taking care if the drivers is not a consideration. The CSA scores for the co. Are in the high 90 and expected since the type of drivers hired coupled with the training program are in desperate need of leadership.

Cons

I could elaborate on above however a failed IPO in 2009 and continued lack of safety and concern for the drivers make this company a complete failure.

Pros

They are a good company to start back driving if you have been off the road for awhile. They will pretty much hire anybody with a cdl and you can bs your way in if you can drive a truck. Loads are decent and a lot of drop and hook at same location.

Cons

Make sure you check out your truck very well before you spend half a day loading in all your gear! make sure the sleeper don't smell like urine "mine did" forget about getting any help from dispatch on weekends cause you won't get any
