      Pros

      Only positive are the people you work with and the fun events.

      Cons

      Raises were never given to those that deserved them. There is definitely a difference in how some departments are treated versus others. There were constantly fights in other departments. Profanity used left and right. Business is not very professional.

      No good reason to work at western express

      Cons

      They dont have the "new" equipment to get you going & ready to work lies, "tuition reimbursement" lies this company would tell you anything to come work for them once you go and willing to work for them,you dont get respect, if you call them no one answers is a joke !
