Pros

No pros, honestly. They are a carefree company when it comes to drivers

Cons

Bad communication, dispatcher weekly competition, ignores drivers request and situations, no miles for solo drivers, recruiter lies to get you to orientation, pays drivers equivalent to mcDonalds workers, lack of competent and caring management from dispatch, night dispatch to shop breakdown .

Pros

in house promotion is common...promotions usually based of performance...

Cons

10 hour days, plus a saturday schedule. really hard to have a life. pay is enough to survive, but not at all proportionate to the workload
