None. Its a reason they are always hiring. .. im quitting as soon as im able.

Cons

Terrible communication between dispatch and driver. Weekend dispatch is useless. 20 cents a mile. And none of the perks they advertise. Layover pay is 35 bucks a day. And their gps Qualcomm system is unreliable, it cuts off at random. It will send you through places trucks cant go. And they send you the shortest distances dispite if its not the most efficient route. Dont be tricked like the rest of us. Stay away new drivers. Stay far away

pros hmm free county jail food

Cons

everything from dedicated runs to regional runs to the pay and trucks the trucks are run down hoping to see the scrap yard high driver turnover rate flatbed training is an unsafe joke loads aren't safely secured trucks aren't cleaned out from previous drivers didn't sign up for a dumpster inside the truck I'd have nightmares sleeping in them
