Pros

New trucks with satellite and tv. With a good Dm u can get good miles

Cons

Lies from the recruiter 2 the driver managers Instead of .28 mile, it's actually .18 mile. If u r a refresher, ur still a refresher for 9 months, making .28 mile .12 mile is per diem that they take out that's not taxes and .18 is what your actually making a mile and after that is taxes then they add the per diem to it. So you're not making money. Then .04 mile is taken out to pay for the so called refresher course they send you through. The only training they give to refreshers is stick them in a truck with another driver that's a refresher and you 10,000 miles and then they put you in a truck. And this goes on for 9 months. Also with this being a second chance company. They hire guys that need 2nd chances so they take advantage of them along with the other drivers. And give this confusing low sliding scale pay. The only people making good are the people working in the brick building. Cause it Damn sure isn't the drivers.

Pros

they will hire anybody period

Cons

They lie lie lie. They say you can make up to 12oo wk but people are barely making 4oo a week in their dry vans, not enough vans so you may spend 2 or3 days waiting for an empty and not get paid, they charge the driver almost ten dollars a week admin fees which are illegal , they use your money to pay for their parts out of your paycheck so you may not get a paycheck. In TN you may be waiting 1 to 2 weeks to get your truck fixed even if it is a minor thing. Base pay for a guy in flatbed was seventeen cents per mile.... They try and force you to drive broken trucks , fender held on by bungy cord.... and worse... Only one trailer I picked up did not have any bad tires
