Good team members and location is convenient.

Poor communication. Very low morale. Drivers and office staff do not have the best relationship.

Pros

Management in the Bethlehem terminal is excellent

Cons

The Nashville terminal wants to control everything and limits what those working in other offices are allowed to do even when they are fully capable of doing so. This leads to very extended response times to drivers and customers. They push the agenda of working as a team yet in practice it is anything but that.
