Pros

They will hire almost anyone. Would only recommend if you need a second chance or your background isn’t the best.

Cons

Home time is horrible if you don’t live on the east coast or mid south. The recruiters will tell you anything to get you to orientation, which is unpaid. Hotel they provide is very much subpar and they have horrible organization within the company.

Pros

Easy to get hired. Newer trucks. What little driving I did (about 10 hours) was easy driving on a reasonable schedule. It was all no-touch freight. Routes are pre-determined and provided including fuel stops.

Cons

I only lasted to the morning of my 8th day, This is a company with no respect for their drivers. It sounded good through telephone recruiting but, when I got there, the hotel they had reserved for us was beyond awful: rotting exterior facia and dirty rooms with a very strong smell of mold and human perspiration. The training was OK. When we hit the road, my trainer and I had wheels turning on just two of five days. I quit the morning we came back to the truck and it had been broken into. There's more but you get the idea. The refrain I kept hearing was "It's a second chance company. Work there till you get your experience and then go somewhere better." My advice is "Just go somewhere better."
