Business Outlook
Pros
The bonus program has made this a decent company to work for for team drivers. Pay fluctuates a lot but I have made as much as $2000.00 in a week. They are also a good company to work for for new drivers. They are very forgiving of minor incidences which all new drivers have.
Cons
They have the same issues many companies have. Not enough empty trailers, Driver Managers are overloaded and sometimes hard to get ahold of. And their terminal shop program is a terrible first come first serve mess. Repairs on the road have been decent though.
