I was given the western region for dry van deliveries with mainly drop and hook loads.

They will give you more loads if you can prove yourself as a safe and on time driver I am a great driver and appreciate western for the opportunity

Cons

The company will mislead you and not inform the drivers of important events going on they can be very unprofessional as to how they handle the drivers

Run Company Like Crap

Had good relationship with DM and terminal

Cons

Crap pay with even worse night and weekend coverage that won’t do their jobs to help drivers with issues that happen from shippers or recovers Can get stuck for days on end to get a load Never any empties Training to many new drivers with no trucks available Be a trainer after 6 months!!!!
