Pros

Got to work with some very good people not directly on the software team

Cons

- Extremely low salary for software (I make more than double now 1 year later) - Extremely low raises/growth opportunities - Not a place that fostered growth as a software engineer - Favoritism ran rampant - The software team and much of the company culture in general is a boy's club - There were only six (6) days of paid holidays & PTO was horrible - you earn 1 week the first year & get 1 week after 1 year - Anti-remote work, even during covid (many outbreaks happened & the exec team didn't allow people to work remotely; after having direct exposure to someone who tested positive I had to go back in-person one day after a negative test which was taken the day after I knew this person had an exposure) - Skip it if you can!
