Pros

you get a wellness refund, so if you buy shoes or a gym membership you get to bring the receipt for 100$ a year and get a refund on either of those things, the max being 100$ fulltime, 50-75 for part time.

Cons

required to work every other weekend, understaffed, they do not hire for 40 hours a week for fulltime workers, they write you up constantly and for any reason under the sun, hypocritical disciplinary practices and favoritism amongst employees, the nursing staff will not assist you often or at all, if you have a medical episode they will not assist you and will wait for paramedics to come take you away in an ambulance, they tell new patients/residents who are moving in there is 24/7 nurses available but there are not.
