I have had the privilege of working for Western Metals Recycling for over 5 years now and I have experienced such a positive and encouraging work environment. The benefits are great and the management team is supportive and extremely hard working, which in turn inspires employees to mirror their work ethic. Hard work and dedication are continuously recognized and rewarded.

      Pros

      In my previous employments, I was never genuinely excited to go to work, at WMR, I am excited to get to the office and start my day. My coworkers are very supportive and are always willing to help. I am constantly learning new things and no day looks the same.

      Cons

      There are no cons that I can think of, WMR is an amazing company to work for.
